Description

The Opportunity

At Ally, you get a startup feel, but experience the benefits of a company that’s worked out the kinks and is fulfilling its purpose. We’re always evolving and see that as a good thing. From owning our work to seeing its impact in the real world, our team is relentless in finding new ways technology can help make experiences better and help people. We are problem solvers, we value diverse thinking, we support one another, and we challenge ourselves to think bigger in the journey to deliver customer-obsessed tech solutions.

We are looking for an innovative technology leader to partner with our Human Resource organization to deliver digital capabilities across the full lifecycle of the employee experience. You will be relentlessly focused on continuing to make Ally an (even) better workplace for our teammates. We recently implemented Workday HCM, so you're joining us at a time where a great foundation has been built and is ready for further innovation. If you are passionate about using technology to advance the employee experience, and love leading a small (and mighty team) to collaborate with business partners, we want to hear from you!

  • Coach and mentor the team to achieve peak performance and develop their roles, enhancing their careers and fulfilling company goals
  • Meet with direct reports regularly to provide and seek feedback; set expectations and provide guidance as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships and budget management to efficiently deliver capabilities on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and internal audit teams to monitor, report, and maintain compliance metrics for critical business operations
  • Collaborate with other product owners, business stakeholders, SMEs, and Program managers to identify cross-team dependencies and risks
