Job Description

The PMO Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day tracking, reporting, and administrative support for a large-scale ERP implementation project. This role coordinates with different team members and provides comprehensive status updates and reports to project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and other key documentation to track progress, identify issues, and report to executive stakeholders
• Coordinate with different team members to gather progress updates
• Support the change management by documenting and communicating process changes
• Provide administrative support for the project manager, including scheduling and resource planning

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 0.5 year of experience in large-scale project implementation
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Project management and Reporting skills desirable -e.g. Jira and PowerBI
• Advance MS office and tool development Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Fresh Grad with relevant internship will also be considered
