Job duties of this Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative solutions that create value for our clients.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct in-depth requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for value creation, enhancing client satisfaction.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to identify their business challenges and develop tailored analytical solutions.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with talented developers, designers, and project managers to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
• Impact Analysis: Understand and analyze the functional impacts on front-to-back applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Process Design: Design and document new processes and system changes, ensuring clarity and precision in implementation.
• Project Support: Assist in developing project plans and timelines, providing insightful business diagnostics to guide decision-making.
• Testing and Training: Play a key role in the testing and deployment phases; design and deliver engaging user training sessions to foster effective adoption.

Qualifications

Come JOIN US if you have:

• Bachelor degree or above from top-tier universityin IT or related disciplines
• At least 1 years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment
• Prior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
• Good knowledge and understanding of digital application workflowsExcellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Certified agile professional is preferred, such as certified scrum master, PSM I/ II, etc.
• Candidates with 3years+ experience will be considered for senior roles
